Overview

Product Designer for apps at DevRev, owning complex product areas and designing the communication layer of an AI-native platform.

What you'll do

• Own and execute design for complex features or entire product areas.
• Create user flows and interaction patterns for human and AI-driven interfaces.
• Lead research initiatives to uncover user insights.
• Identify and resolve systemic design challenges across product surfaces.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to their growth.
• Experiment with GenAI tools to advance creative output.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of product design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
• Strong ability to analyze complex user and business problems.
• Experience leading design projects from concept to launch.
• Excellent communication skills to influence decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for AI, conversational, or data-rich product surfaces.
