Lead AI/ML Engineer

Overview

Lead AI/ML Engineer role in Hyderabad focused on designing, developing, and deploying enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.
• Build and deploy LLM-based applications using RAG, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
• Develop document processing, information extraction, knowledge management, recommendations, and conversational AI.
• Integrate AI applications with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Support deployment, optimization, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI applications in production.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices.

What you'll need

• 6+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or related technical disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Google Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or ChromaDB.
• Experience building with FastAPI, RESTful APIs, SQL, and cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, semantic search, AI agents, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience in AI solution deployment, model evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
