Senior AI Engineer – Artificial Intelligence

Overview

Senior AI Engineer to build and maintain AI solutions for PE-backed finance and operations, working hands-on with LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks.

What you'll do

• Build and iterate on Generative AI features including prompt engineering and RAG pipelines.
• Integrate large language models into enterprise applications while ensuring reliable data flow.
• Develop prototypes and proof of concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
• Write and execute regression evaluation suites for LLM-based features.
• Monitor AI pipelines and application components and escalate issues before they impact delivery.
• Develop and maintain web applications using the MEAN or MERN stack on Azure and AWS.

What you'll need

• Undergraduate degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline.
• 2–4 years of overall software development experience delivering production-grade applications.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications (LLM integration, RAG, prompt engineering).
• Experience integrating large language models into applications including evaluation design.
• Experience with AI orchestration and agent frameworks plus core RAG principles.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, DSPy, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
