AI Developer

Overview

Develop enterprise AI assistants and multi-agent platforms that integrate with internal applications, data sources, and workflows. The role covers LLM integration, agentic AI, backend services, user-facing interfaces, security, and cross-functional delivery.

What you'll do

• Build and evolve enterprise AI assistant and multi-agent platforms.
• Integrate LLM inference systems including LiteLLM and AWS Bedrock.
• Design context pipelines, retrieval strategies, memory systems, and prompt architectures.
• Develop agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Strands, or ADK.
• Implement guardrails and safety frameworks for production AI systems.
• Deliver full-stack AI applications, APIs, and AWS integrations.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related STEM field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on AI/ML or software development experience.
• Strong Python skills, including FastAPI or Flask and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock or LiteLLM, model routing, and API integration.
• Understanding of RAG, context windows, prompt structuring, and token costs.
• Knowledge of agent orchestration, tool use, and multi-agent coordination.
• Awareness of prompt injection, data leakage, OAuth, JWT, and least-privilege security.

Nice to have

• Full-stack experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, pgvector, or OpenSearch.
• Understanding of Model Context Protocol.
• Experience in gaming, sports betting, financial services, or regulated technology.
