Adv Software Engineer II in Enterprise Practices focused on DevOps-enabled engineering practice adoption and continuous improvement across software delivery.

What you'll do

• Work in a DevOps environment and coach engineering teams on consistent practices.
• Assess team needs and recommend practical tools, techniques, and ways of working.
• Promote engineering practices across planning, development, testing, automation, release readiness, and operational feedback.
• Support cross-functional teams to adopt engineering standards, practices, and tools.
• Identify and resolve practice, process, and tooling challenges affecting flow, quality, or reliability.
• Run working sessions, training, and workshops for modern engineering practices.

What you'll need

• 3 to 5 years hands-on DevOps experience.
• Be well versed with CI/CD.
• Experience working with engineering teams in software delivery, quality practices, or related roles.
• Good experience with a programming language such as Java or Python.
• Foundational knowledge of modern engineering practices including release readiness and operational feedback.
• Experience supporting teams through practice adoption, training, or peer guidance.
