Overview

AI Developer to design, implement, and deploy agentic AI systems in production. The role focuses on building, testing, and shipping AI products that deliver measurable business value.

What you'll do

• Design and implement multi-step AI agents and orchestration workflows in Python.
• Build agent solutions using LangGraph, LangChain, n8n, AWS Bedrock, and similar tools.
• Integrate and evaluate models such as Gemini, GPT, and Claude.
• Connect agents to real systems via APIs, SaaS apps, webhooks, queues, and events.
• Implement memory, retrieval, and planning for reliable agent behavior.
• Take prototypes to production using CI/CD, containers, and cloud deployment.
• Instrument systems with logging, tracing, guardrails, and evaluation.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping AI agents or complex automations.
• Strong Python skills including async, testing, and packaging.
• Experience with LangGraph or LangChain and orchestration tools like n8n or Bedrock.
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar model ecosystems.
• Knowledge of embeddings, RAG, chunking, and indexing.
• Software engineering fundamentals: Git, CI/CD, Docker, and AWS.
• Ability to work with clients to capture requirements, run experiments, and iterate.

Nice to have

• TypeScript, FastAPI, Node.js, Supabase, or observability tools such as Langfuse, W&B, or OpenTelemetry.
