Associate – GenAI and Agentic AI Engineer, Advisory

Overview

Associate-level role focused on designing, developing, evaluating, and monitoring autonomous agents and retrieval-augmented generation systems.

What you'll do

• Design and implement autonomous agents using relevant agent frameworks.
• Develop and optimize RAG systems for information retrieval and response generation.
• Create evaluation frameworks for agent performance and safety.
• Implement monitoring and logging for agent behavior.
• Develop agent-development documentation and best practices.
• Improve agent architecture and capabilities.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of experience.
• Full-time BE, BTech, MCA, MTech, or MBA qualification.
• Advanced Python programming with async programming and API development expertise.
• Experience with vector databases, embedding models, and RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, testing, and modern software development practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with multiple LLM providers.
• Knowledge of agent orchestration and workflow-management tools.
• Knowledge of NLP, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Understanding of semantic search, information retrieval, and agent safety.
