Lead Animator

Overview

Lead Animator for Class III game animations at UberWins Studio within Aristocrat’s creative team.

What you'll do

• Handle animation tasks independently and collaboratively within a small team.
• Respond to remote direction and make requested changes on a timely basis.
• Deliver high-quality animations as briefed by the Chief Concept Creator and Art Director.
• Conceptualize new animations based on animation briefs and improve continuously.
• Build high-quality game assets that meet both effectiveness and aesthetic expectations.
• Maintain file organization following established asset creation and management processes.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in a production environment collaborating with development teams.
• Proficiency in After Effects and Photoshop.
• Ability to refine composition, motion, and timing.
• Knowledge of storyboarding and video production.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Ability to give and receive constructive art feedback.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
