Lead Consultant - Enterprise Application - Oracle N 4C

Overview

Lead Consultant role in Enterprise Application (Oracle) at Genpact, focused on Oracle database design, performance, upgrades, security and compliance.

What you'll do

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle databases.
• Provide expertise in performance tuning, capacity planning, and database optimization.
• Lead database upgrades, patches, and data migration projects.
• Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand database requirements and recommend solutions.
• Develop and implement database security policies and procedures.
• Mentor junior team members and conduct training sessions on Oracle database best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
• Keep abreast of new Oracle technologies and recommend their integration into the existing infrastructure.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master's in Software Engineering.
• English language proficiency (required), Proficient - C2.

• Oracle Advanced PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional.
• Oracle Certified Professional – Oracle Financials Cloud: Receivables 2024 Implementation Professional.
• Oracle Financials Cloud: General Ledger Certified Implementation Professional.
