Overview

Lead a data engineering team building and maintaining scalable data processing systems and pipelines as part of Genpact's AI and advanced technology solutions work.

What you'll do

• Design and develop scalable data processing systems.
• Implement and maintain data pipelines to ingest, process, and store large volumes of data.
• Optimize data infrastructure for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in big data engineering.
• Mentor junior data engineers on best practices and technical skills.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics, or Master's degree in Data Science.
• Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark 3.0 or Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark.
• Required skills: Agile Methodology, Banking Capital Markets, Cloud Computing, Collaboration Tools, Databricks AI/BI Genie, Databricks Catalog Explorer, Databricks Delta Live Tables, Databricks Platform, Databricks Unity Catalog, Data Engineering, Design Thinking.
• English language proficiency, Proficient - C2 (Required).
