Overview

Lead Demo Engineer / Presales Solutions Consulting role in Chennai, combining people leadership with senior hands-on work creating and maintaining high-quality product demo assets for sales engagements.

What you'll do

• Manage and mentor Demo Engineers in Chennai for day-to-day operations and alignment with global priorities.
• Provide senior technical guidance to capture, refine, and expand product demos for reuse and impact.
• Own demo cataloging and ingestion into DemoHub with quality, consistency, and discoverability standards.
• De-brand and modernize prospect demos using latest Appian capabilities, and contribute to DemoHub improvements.
• Oversee and contribute to recording, editing, and continuous updating of interactive clickable demos in a third-party demo platform.
• Produce supporting demo artifacts such as walkthrough videos, scripts, talk tracks, and quick-reference guides.

What you'll need

• Strong senior-level experience with Appian or a similar low-code application development platform (design, development, debugging).
• Proven ability to manage and mentor technical teams with leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent technical and programming skills delivering polished, impactful work used as a benchmark.
• Strong organization with a track record of managing multiple projects and priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication across time zones.
• BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
