Overview

Solutions Consultant 2 provides technical leadership and expertise to guide customers through security transformation, aligning solution guidance and value realization.

What you'll do

• Align strategic technical account plans to meet and exceed sales quotas with cross-platform solutions.
• Position, demonstrate, and create high-level designs across the Palo Alto Networks portfolio based on customer business needs.
• Conduct discovery to articulate key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives for prospects and customers.
• Work with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams to support implementation and adoption.
• Deliver customer-specific presentations, demos, technical engagements, and workshops to influence stakeholders.
• Lead technical validation efforts to win assigned opportunities and coordinate supporting resources.
• Promote end-to-end solutions to ensure customers realize business value sooner.

What you'll need

• Understand data networking and/or modern application design and cloud architectures.
• Deliver cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives.
• Influence and gain buy-in from key stakeholders; prior experience in a pre-sales role is ideal.
• Create and deliver technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements.
• Experience selling, designing, implementing, or managing Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and/or SOC Transformation technologies.
• Be proficient in English.

• Work model: Most teams work from the office full time with flexibility when needed.
