Architect & Estimation Excellence - Oracle AI - Manager

Overview

As a Manager, you will lead Oracle AI architecture and estimation efforts across client workstreams, shaping solution direction, validating delivery plans, and guiding teams through complex application consulting assignments within the Business Application Consulting practice.

What you'll do

• Lead Oracle AI architecture and estimation workstreams for client application consulting engagements.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client requests.
• Translate business requirements into Oracle solution designs that support process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Guide estimation activities by evaluating effort, dependencies, risks, and delivery assumptions.
• Review technical approaches for Oracle application implementation, integration, and support activities.
• Coach team members on solution design, delivery methods, and issue resolution across assigned work.
• Analyze client environments to identify process gaps, system interactions, and opportunities for automation.
• Develop presentation materials, status updates, and recommendation materials for client and leadership discussions.
• Apply Oracle application knowledge, AI fluency, and digital tooling to strengthen delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with account leadership to identify follow-on work and align delivery priorities with client needs.
• Motivate, develop, and coach team members, and manage performance across priorities.
• Analyze client needs, implement software solutions, provide training and support, and contribute to operational efficiency and business outcomes across engagements.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 10 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• At least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
• At least one Oracle Cloud certification in any Financials, Supply Chain, Enterprise Performance Management, or Human Capital Management module.
• Oracle architecture and estimation experience across client engagements.
• Experience applying AI-enabled delivery methods within Oracle consulting workstreams.
• Experience leading planning, budgeting, and delivery activities for complex projects.
• Experience coaching teams through system analysis, issue resolution, and timeline management.
