Lead Engineer - AI services

Overview

Lead Engineer for AI services responsible for designing, developing, and testing software systems and micro-services that support ML/AI workloads.

What you'll do

• Design and develop solutions and software functionality for new products and enhancements.
• Write and test code, including execution of automated testing.
• Contribute to software deployment and collaborate across teams to deliver components.
• Build and integrate solutions via automation and coding using third-party software.
• Create, craft, and debug large-scale distributed systems.
• Refactor code and review other developers’ code across multiple teams.
• Maintain technical program materials and operational procedures.

What you'll need

• Expertise in cloud architecture across AWS, GCP, and Microsoft Azure (plus Office 365).
• Subject-matter proficiency in programming languages including C/C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, and Node.js.
• Strong data structures, algorithms, and software design with analytical and debugging skills.
• Experience with micro-services architecture and API product development.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL data stores including Elasticsearch, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
• Proficiency with containers and container runtimes including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with Agile/Lean practices and test-driven development.
