Job description

Overview

Lead/Senior Game Designer to shape game systems and features for CSR2, strengthening the design function across pods through systems design craft and leadership.

What you'll do

Lead design of major CSR2 systems and features for progression, engagement, and long-term meta.
Drive end-to-end feature delivery from concepts and specs through launch.
Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, Art, and LiveOps to align goals, define KPIs, and ensure execution quality.
Improve existing systems like events, rewards, progression, collections, and onboarding using data and reviews.
Contribute to LiveOps by designing scalable event formats, economy updates, pacing improvements, and retention drivers.
Mentor and support designers across pods to raise the bar on documentation and system clarity.
Own multiple systems and act as a decision-maker in design discussions.

What you'll need

6–10+ years of game design experience in mobile F2P or similar.
Strong systems design expertise across economies, progression, LiveOps, and balancing.
Proven ability to deliver complex features in a live game environment.
Strong collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, UX, and Art.
Excellent documentation, communication, and structured problem-solving.
Ability to break down complex systems into clear, intuitive player experiences.
Experience mentoring designers or influencing broader team craft.
