Overview
The Lead Services Engagement Manager (SEM) sets customers up for success on Veeva eCOA implementations, representing the value proposition and effort behind them and acting as a solution expert in the sales cycle.
What you'll do
- Scope and plan customer engagements to establish the right strategy for implementation success.
- Work in close alignment with Veeva Sales, Strategy and Services teams.
- Represent the entire value proposition and effort behind Veeva eCOA implementations.
