Lead Software Engineer

Overview

Lead the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise web applications, with a focus on React.

What you'll do

• Lead frontend architecture and development using React.
• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces and scalable components.
• Translate UX designs and wireframes into production-ready code.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance across browsers and devices.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from planning through deployment and support.
• Lead technical workstreams and mentor engineering team members.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven Agile delivery experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (including DOM manipulation and JS object model).
• Deep expertise in React.js and its core principles.
• Experience building Single Page Applications (SPA) and using React workflows such as Redux/Flux.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and modern authorization using JWT.
• Cloud and container skills including AWS/Azure (or similar) and Kubernetes.

Details

• Location: Chennai, India.
• Shift timings: 11 AM - 8 PM.
• Requires working from a U.S. Bank location 3+ days per week.
