Lead Software Engineer(Workday)

Overview

Lead Software Engineer (Workday) responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations with other enterprise systems.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements.
• Design and develop scalable integrations using Workday tools.
• Use Workday APIs to build custom integrations while ensuring data accuracy.
• Define data mappings and transformations for data synchronization.
• Troubleshoot integration issues using root cause analysis.
• Create and execute integration test plans for reliability and accuracy.
• Document integration specifications and provide training/support to users.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in integration design and development focused on Workday.
• Proficiency in Workday integration tools/technologies, API development, and data mapping/transformation.
• Experience with Workday Studio and XML & XSLT.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
• Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA for user stories, tasks, and sprints.

Nice to have

• Workday Integration Certification(s).

Details

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Full-time role with 40 h/week; hours listed as 2–11 PM IST.
• Hybrid working model (office and home based).
