Lead - Taxation

Overview

Lead - Taxation to manage and support the company’s tax and regulatory functions, covering direct and indirect taxation and overseas taxation.

What you'll do

• Ensure overall tax compliance across direct and indirect taxes.
• Manage tax litigation and assessments.
• Coordinate with external consultants for Indian and overseas tax compliance.
• Handle internal and external auditors, tax, and other regulatory authorities.
• Identify and implement tax process controls.
• Provide tax advisory support to business units and support functions.
• Manage GST returns and corresponding GST audits.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience in taxation.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate income tax.
• In-depth knowledge of indirect tax.
• In-depth knowledge of transfer pricing.
• Experience in a multinational company or industry knowledge.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and geographies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving mindset.
