Overview

Associate-level Machine Learning professional for Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Analytics & Data team, building ML models and predictive analytics to support decision-making.

What you'll do

• Build machine learning models for Wealth Management use cases.
• Experiment with different modeling approaches to improve model performance.
• Document, test, and confirm model behavior and controls with model risk/validation partners.
• Support deployment and monitoring of models in production with ML Ops and engineering.
• Assist with A/B tests or controlled experiments and summarize results.
• Create slides or performance readouts to communicate model results to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in the Machine Learning domain (overall 3–5 years).
• Knowledge of ML algorithms across classification, regression, recommender systems, clustering, and deep learning.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, C++, or a related language.
• Experience with version control tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket and experiment tracking systems like MLflow.
• Computer science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithmic design.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to present complex information clearly.
