Overview

Machine Learning Research Engineer for Enterprise GenAI Agents, applying Agent RL training and agent-building algorithms to enterprise datasets.

What you'll do

• Train state of the art models for deployment to enterprise customers.
• Research cutting edge algorithms to integrate into the training stack.
• Build agents using proprietary agent-building algorithms.
• Automatically hill climb datasets, including defining highly performant tools.
• Develop multi-agent systems and complex reward structures.
• Apply Agent RL Training + Building algorithms across clients and benchmarks.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of building with LLMs in a production environment.
• Experience with post-training methods like RLHF/RLVR.
• Experience with algorithms such as PPO/GRPO.
• Publications in top conferences such as NeurIPS, ICLR, or ICML within the last two years.
• PhD or Masters in Computer Science or a related field.
