Overview

Manager, Core HR Platforms (DePuy Synthes) provides leadership and operational oversight for core HR and people-related technology platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement to support global HR and business processes.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day management and operational performance of core HR and people technology platforms.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to meet functional and operational requirements.
• Oversee platform stability, enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution activities.
• Establish and maintain governance, standards, and controls for core platform operations.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and optimization of platform-enabled processes.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers for quality and value delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and service levels for reliable, efficient platform operations.
• Lead and develop a team supporting core platform operations and delivery.

What you'll need

• Typically 6-8 years of progressive experience in technology platforms, HR systems, or related operational leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise or core technology platforms in a global organization.
• Strong understanding of platform operations, system integrations, and service management practices.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and people-leadership capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• English proficiency is required.
