Manager – GCP Devops Engineer, Advisory

Overview

Manage GCP DevOps engineering and advisory work within data and analytics services, delivering cloud infrastructure, automation, platform operations, reliability, security, and end-to-end cloud solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Configure GCP networking, IAM, service accounts, and security controls.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Manage Kubernetes and GKE environments and their containerized workloads.
• Support production operations, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, and cost management.
• Implement best practices for monitoring, logging, security, and governance.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, and security teams to deliver end-to-end cloud solutions.

What you'll need

• 7-12 years of experience required.
• B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, or MCA.
• Bachelor of Engineering.
• GCP services experience with BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, and Cloud Functions.
• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
• DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Kubernetes / GKE administration.
• Python and SQL.

• Dataplex and data governance.

• Exposure to data mesh and data architecture.
