Manager- Process Engineering

Overview

Lead the design and development of engineering projects, overseeing planning, modeling, testing, execution and post-project evaluation.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of engineering projects, including planning, modeling, and testing phases.
• Perform advanced technical analysis and calculations to support project design and decision-making.
• Oversee project execution, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Develop and review technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and manuals.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.
• Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate project viability and safety.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to communicate project progress and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout project life cycles.
• Lead post-project evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.) or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in engineering roles, with demonstrated leadership and project management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in advanced CAD software, simulation tools, and engineering software.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or professional certifications.
