Project Engineer

Overview

Project Engineer role in JLL's Project and Development Services team in Pune, working closely with the Project Director to drive greenfield project delivery and support major developments.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of greenfield projects and provide support to major developments.
• Lead the team by bringing out the best in members and ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
• Set up the organisational structure for each project, streamlining reporting, communication and working procedures, and ensuring clear project objectives.
• Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by identifying their needs, requirements and constraints.
• Manage professional consultants required for project design and documentation.
• Carry out contract administration of all vendors professionally and in accordance with legal requirements, protecting the commercial interests of the client and JLL.
• Identify project risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
• Create project-related reports, analyses and reviews.

What you'll need

• A degree or diploma in a property-related discipline.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in planning, documentation, design, construction or project management.
• Promote open, constructive and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates, peers and clients.
