Overview

Assistant Project Lead in Project and Development Services, working closely with the Project Director at PDS Pune to drive greenfield place projects and major developments to successful delivery.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of various greenfield place projects and provide support to major developments.
• Lead the team by bringing out the best in members and ensuring optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
• Manage the organisational structure of each project, ensuring reporting, communication and working procedures are streamlined and clear project objectives are in place.
• Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients by identifying their needs, requirements and constraints.
• Manage professional consultants required for the design and documentation of the project.
• Carry out contract administration of all vendors professionally and in accordance with legal requirements to protect the commercial interests of the client and JLL.
• Identify project risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
• Create project-related reports, analyses and reviews.

What you'll need

• A degree or diploma in any property-related discipline.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in planning, documentation, design, construction or project management.
• Ability to promote open, constructive and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates, peers and clients.
