Manager - SAP FICO

Overview

Manage SAP FICO support, enhancements, implementation and integration activities, including coordination with internal stakeholders, external auditors and vendor resources.

What you'll do

• Identify, evaluate and develop systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.
• Plan and implement SAP FICO projects based on end-user requirements.
• Manage vendor resources for day-to-day back-end SAP support and project implementation.
• Prepare and communicate SAP FICO end-user training guides.
• Provide SAP support and enhancements in the FICO module.
• Document established SAP processes and systems.
• Plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing.
• Create system specifications to meet business requirements.
• Design and configure FICO integration with other SAP modules.

What you'll need

• Any commerce or finance graduate.
• Strong domain knowledge in finance and costing.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and TCS.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP FICO in both ECC and S4H.
• At least 3 to 4 years of end-to-end SAP FICO implementation experience.
• Knowledge of project management, including coordinating, organizing, planning and scheduling, communicating, documentation, monitoring business practice, processes and scenarios.
• Strong oral, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SAP best practices.

• Experience with Hyperion.
• Intermediate C.A.
• Intermediate CMA.
• MBA Finance.

Details

• Location: Mumbai.
• Reports to General Manager - SAP Support & Special Projects.
• Internal stakeholders include Corporate Finance and MIS, Business Finance, SCM, Marketing, GBSS, Procurement and HR.
• External stakeholders include auditors.
• SAP ERP is integrated with Hyperion for business consolidation and PF Applications for various business requirements.
