Job Summary

The Hospital Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting hospital services, increasing patient footfall, building strong referral networks, and enhancing the hospital’s brand presence through strategic marketing and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement hospital marketing and business development strategies
• Promote hospital services to doctors, clinics, corporates, TPAs, and insurance companies
• Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors and healthcare partners
• Conduct field marketing activities, health camps, and outreach programs
• Coordinate branding activities (banners, brochures, digital promotions, events)
• Monitor patient inflow and analyze marketing performance
• Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives (social media, online campaigns)
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth patient conversions
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports
• Handle corporate tie-ups and institutional collaborations

• Good understanding of healthcare services and patient behavior
• Negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage
• MS Office and reporting skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA (Marketing/Healthcare Management) preferred

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing
