Marketing Executive

We are seeking a driven Marketing Executive to join our team on a Full-time basis with an OnSite work arrangement. In this role, you will support end-to-end marketing initiatives while partnering closely with sales to drive measurable growth. You’ll translate market insights into compelling campaigns, help generate and qualify leads, and contribute to business development efforts through strong execution and relationship-building. Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across relevant channels to support lead generation and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and effective follow-up.
• Conduct field visits and support field sales activities to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and strengthen relationships.
• Prepare marketing materials and support promotional activities, ensuring timely delivery and strong performance.
• Maintain lead pipelines by tracking inquiries, qualifying prospects, and supporting conversion through effective engagement.
• Support pricing discussions and customer negotiations by providing market inputs and responding to sales needs.
• Monitor campaign and sales results, report insights, and recommend improvements based on performance data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Strong Sales Expertise, including Sales and Negotiation capabilities and confidence in customer conversations.
• Working knowledge of Marketing Management and practical experience with Marketing execution.
• Proven ability in Sales & Marketing and Sales and Business Development to drive growth.
• Comfort working in an OnSite environment with willingness to support Field Sales activities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships, coupled with strong Sales Skills and customer-focused problem solving.
