Marketing Executive

About the role

We're looking for a driven ATL & BTL Marketing Executive to join our healthcare marketing team in Bangalore. You'll own the full spectrum of above-the-line and below-the-line campaigns, bringing strategic thinking and creative execution to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement in the healthcare sector.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute ATL campaigns (TV, radio, print, outdoor) and BTL initiatives (activations, events, sampling, direct marketing) aligned with brand objectives
• Manage end-to-end campaign planning, from concept and media buying to execution and performance tracking
• Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-brand, on-time delivery
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and ROI, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Support product launches, brand positioning, and market research initiatives within the healthcare vertical

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in ATL and/or BTL marketing campaigns
• Proven track record managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable campaign results
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, regulatory landscape, and audience segmentation (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG brands
• Familiarity with marketing automation or analytics tools
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and integrated campaign strategies
