Marketing Executive

About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Executive to drive customer engagement and brand visibility across e-commerce platforms. You'll work on campaigns for high-growth marketplaces, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and other e-commerce platforms
• Manage customer communication strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely customer outreach
• Develop and optimize product listings, promotional content, and marketing collateral for marketplace visibility
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and customer engagement
• Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing
• Proven experience managing customer coordination and stakeholder communication
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or similar marketplaces
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance

Nice to have

• Experience with social media marketing and content creation
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices for marketplace optimization
• Exposure to marketing automation tools or CRM platforms
