About the Job

We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Intern to support our growth initiatives through hands-on campaign execution and customer engagement. This Internship role offers an OnSite work arrangement, giving you the opportunity to collaborate closely with the marketing team and learn how strategies are planned, launched, and optimized in real time. You’ll help translate marketing ideas into measurable outcomes by assisting with CRM-driven outreach, WhatsApp-based promotions, and campaign coordination—building experience in modern, customer-centric marketing practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in managing customer communication using CRM tools, including segmenting audiences and maintaining accurate contact records.
• Support WhatsApp marketing efforts such as drafting message templates, helping schedule outreach, and tracking engagement responses.
• Coordinate campaign tasks across channels—helping with content preparation, basic reporting, and status updates.
• Monitor campaign performance indicators and compile simple insights to support continuous improvement.
• Work with the team to ensure brand consistency across messages, visuals, and customer touchpoints.
• Contribute creative ideas for promotions, offers, and follow-up strategies to improve conversion and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interest in marketing, communications, and customer engagement.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and how customer data can support targeting and personalization.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Marketing practices (templates, outreach etiquette, and engagement tracking) is a plus.
• Good written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, audience-friendly messaging.
• Comfort working in an OnSite environment and collaborating with a team on daily execution tasks.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to follow processes while managing multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn quickly, take feedback, and support campaigns from start to finish.
