Responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement of raw materials, hardware, engineering items, and production consumables.
• Follow up with vendors for quotations, delivery schedules, and material dispatch.
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
• Compare quotations and support cost analysis activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, QC, and Dispatch departments for material requirements.
• Track pending materials and ensure timely availability.
• Support vendor development and vendor performance tracking.
• Maintain ERP/Excel procurement data and documentation.
• Ensure proper filing of invoices, GRN, and purchase documents.

Requirements

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or MBA in Operations.
• Freshers from the 2026 batch are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP handling.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Ability to carry out inspection and measurement as per quality requirements.
• Ready to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Good team coordination and discipline.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
