Mgr/Sr. Mgr – Chillers System Engineering

Manager/Sr. Manager for Chiller System Engineering, focused on thermal design, simulations, component selection, and project execution from concept to launch.

What you'll do

• Lead thermal design and simulations/DoE for water-cooled and air-cooled chillers.
• Perform design and component selection for key chiller parts.
• Design and develop sub-assemblies and parts in coordination with suppliers.
• Plan and execute chiller projects for flawless launch.
• Prepare BOMs and launch literature such as installation/service and training manuals.
• Conduct chiller test/qualification of products and parts per applicable standards and reliability requirements.

What you'll need

• 8-12 years of experience in chiller system engineering and product design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Thermal Engineering.
• Experience with thermal system design and development for chillers.
• Ability to review drawings and perform tolerance analysis.
• Knowledge of design process tools such as DFMEA, RRCA, DOE, and DFM/A/S.
• Experience with DFMEA/DFA/M/S and design reviews across stages.
