Overview

Associate (Analyst) for IT Infrastructure/Cloud service management support within Managed Services, focused on service management office activities for a healthcare customer.

What you'll do

• Monitor incoming incidents and service performance using ITSM dashboards and tools.
• Support incident escalation procedures and track resolution timelines.
• Assist with service request forms, routing, and SLA adherence monitoring.
• Support automation and integration workflows using tools like ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• Maintain and update the IT service catalog and approval workflows under guidance.
• Prepare basic reports and dashboards on key service metrics under supervision.

What you'll need

• 2-4 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Incident management support using ITSM dashboards and tools.
• Service request management fundamentals.
• Basic familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of healthcare data privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA).
