Overview

MTS-Exa role on the FlashBlade team, focused on building next-generation, scale-out all-flash file and object storage systems.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end system architecture and delivery for high-performance, resilient storage systems.
• Design and implement algorithms and concurrent platform solutions for modern data workloads.
• Perform root-cause analysis to resolve multi-threaded, high-concurrency performance and reliability issues on Linux internals.
• Partner cross-functionally to align technical roadmaps, standards, and enterprise product stability.
• Mentor engineers and spearhead architecture forums to improve engineering standards.

What you'll need

• Have deep platform development proficiency in Linux system programming and hands-on experience with C, C++, Python, Go, or Java.
• Demonstrate mastery of object-oriented design, data structures, multi-threading, synchronization, concurrent programming, and distributed systems architecture.
• Show proven ability to make strategic architectural decisions for enterprise-grade high availability.
• Have the ability to support complex production deployments.
• Possess exceptional communication skills for articulating complex system architectures and influencing stakeholders.

• Work location: expected to work from the Bangalore office, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
