Overview
NATA Trainee role focused on participating in process training, supporting client request processing, and continuously improving quality and efficiency metrics.
What you'll do
- Participate in process training to build subject matter expertise.
- Assess client requests, follow departmental guides, and determine processing steps.
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures for assigned work.
- Own assigned work and keep management informed of critical matters.
- Meet departmental quality, productivity, and efficiency metrics.
- Learn from feedback to reduce errors and improve quality.
- Collaborate with team members, trainers, coordinators, and onshore partners.
What you'll need
- Basic understanding of the mutual fund industry and mutual fund terminology.
- Financial services knowledge (good to have).
- Experience/knowledge in customer service environment (added advantage).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and take ownership of self-development.
- Ability to make quick decisions and prioritize under pressure with attention to details.
- Proficiency with keyboarding and Windows computer fundamentals.
Details
- Employment type: full time (Worker Type: Employee; Job Exempt: No).
- Workplace model: designated office at least three days a week, with two days working outside an Invesco office.
- Academic requirement: MBA Finance (2025 & 2026 batch) with 50% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th, or Diploma/UG course.
