Network Support Engineer

About the role

We're looking for Network Engineers to join our field support team in Bangalore. You'll be the technical expert for troubleshooting, repairs, and network optimization at client locations, backed by our BTM office base.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and hardware faults at client sites
• Perform computer hardware repairs and component replacements in the field
• Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, routers, and cabling
• Provide network management support, monitoring system performance and implementing optimizations
• Travel to client locations to deliver timely technical support and ensure minimal downtime

What we're looking for

• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or field technical support
• Strong knowledge of computer repair, networking protocols, and network troubleshooting methodologies
• Familiarity with network management tools and TCP/IP concepts
• Willingness to travel to client locations and work on-site as needed

Nice to have

• Certification in networking (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent)
• Experience with Cisco or enterprise-grade networking equipment
• Knowledge of Windows Server environments
