Overview

Networking Managed Services Engineer (L3) leading managed services for clients, focusing on incident/problem resolution, SLA adherence, and root-cause analysis.

What you'll do

• Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents and problems.
• Ensure client service level agreement (SLA) conditions are met.
• Manage high-complexity tickets with analysis and resolutions.
• Create knowledge articles for frequent issues and train junior team members.
• Configure, install, test, and monitor client infrastructure and respond to alerts.
• Investigate third-line support calls to find root causes and solutions.

What you'll need

• Proficiency with listed networking/security technologies such as Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Juniper (Virtual Juniper), Palo Alto, Fortinet firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, Cisco routers (ASr/ISr), Cisco ACS/ISE, and Meraki switches/access points.
• Knowledge of enterprise network architecture and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
• Experience with network address translation (NAT) and troubleshooting uplinks to ISPs for dIA, MPLS, and P2P circuits.
• Advanced certifications on at least one or two of the mentioned technologies.
• A bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
• Strong planning/project management and communication skills.
