NOC Monitoring Engineer for infrastructure management, acting as first point of contact and performing monitoring, incident handling, and documentation.

What you'll do

• Monitor events/alerts on monitoring tools and perform initial investigation.
• Serve as the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance (phone, email, or in-person).
• Monitor IT infrastructure and applications using tools like CTLM, Centreon, Zabbix, and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, SMAX).
• Handle incidents, alerts, and requests using ticketing tools, fixing first-line issues or escalating to L2/L3.
• Log and document incidents, generate reports, and track recurring issues to identify trends.
• Maintain ITIL-compliant procedures and update service documents, SOPs, and KB articles.

What you'll need

• Experience in service desk management and voice support.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on quality.
• Knowledge of service desk with written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds, Centreon, CTLM, and Nagios.
• Expertise in Excel reporting, PowerPoint, and SOP documentation.
• Ability to handle incidents, escalate issues, and ensure end-to-end resolution.
