Operation Engineer

Overview

Operations Engineer for KONE’s Solution Operations team, focused on system stability, operational excellence, and end-to-end incident management across multiple platforms.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end incident lifecycle and drive timely resolution within SLAs and KPIs.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across multiple technologies and environments.
• Lead or support problem management and root cause analysis (RCA) initiatives.
• Apply DevOps practices to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
• Monitor system health and performance and identify opportunities for proactive monitoring and automation.

What you'll need

• Strong experience in IT Operations / Production Support.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms: AWS.
• CI/CD tools experience: Jenkins and GitLab.
• Scripting skills in Python and PowerShell.
• Proven experience in incident, problem, and release management.
• SLA/KPI-driven operations and cross-team communication with stakeholders.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, observability tools, and infrastructure optimization and cost management.
