Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage delivery & operations activities by coordinating resources, schedules, and service execution.
• Ensure operational efficiency through process improvements, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
• Oversee logistic operation and logistics workflows to support timely movement of goods and services.
• Act as an operational point of contact, applying communication skills and protocols to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Deliver customer service excellence by addressing operational issues promptly and escalating when needed.
• Monitor operational KPIs and support reporting to help leadership make informed decisions.
• Maintain compliance with internal procedures and quality standards for reliable service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve overall service reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and protocols, including the ability to coordinate effectively in an onsite environment.
• Proven customer service proficiency with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Demonstrated delivery & operations management experience, capable of driving execution from plan to completion.
• Solid understanding of operational efficiency practices, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Hands-on knowledge of logistic operation and logistics processes, including planning and execution.
• Ability to work with urgency, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support consistent operational outcomes.
