Operations Intern

About the role

We're looking for an Operations Intern to join our team at our Noida office and support our performance marketing and app marketing initiatives. You'll work hands-on with campaign data, vendor relationships, and operational processes that directly impact our growth.

What you'll do

• Track and analyze performance marketing reports to identify optimization opportunities and campaign performance trends
• Support app marketing campaigns by monitoring metrics, user acquisition, and engagement data
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with external vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely deliverables
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate insights to the broader team
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities across marketing operations

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, commerce, or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel and basic data tools
• Attention to detail and ability to track multiple campaigns and vendors simultaneously
• Monday–Friday, in-office presence at Noida Sector 63 is mandatory
• Eagerness to learn performance marketing and app marketing fundamentals

Mandatory : Excellent communication skills - English speaking and analytical skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
• Previous internship or project experience in marketing or operations
• Basic understanding of mobile app marketing metrics (DAU, retention, LTV)
