Operator, Warehouse

Overview

Operator, Warehouse role at dsm-firmenich, handling material receipt, storage, issuing, dispatch and warehouse documentation in line with SOPs and GMP guidelines.

What you'll do

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming materials and store them in designated areas.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO principles while issuing goods.
• Pick, pack, label and dispatch materials as per sales requirements.
• Work closely with the warehouse supervisor and production team for timely material availability.
• Support cycle counts and stock verification activities.
• Maintain accurate records of material movement in SAP.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and GMP guidelines.
• Assist during internal and external audits.
• Handle temperature-sensitive and hazardous materials as per safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Report any discrepancies or damage immediately.

What you'll need

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems.
• Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks.

Nice to have

• Pharma experience.

• Location: Vadodara, India (City: Asoj, Vadodara), designated permanent work location after a structured 4-month immersion program at the Daman Manufacturing Facility.
• Company-provided accommodation available during the training period.
