Overview

Order to Cash Operations New Associate aligned to Finance Operations, supporting financial outcomes by collecting operational data, analyzing, and reconciling transactions across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Collect operational data reports, analyze results, and reconcile transactions to help determine financial outcomes.
• Support optimizing working capital with real-time visibility into revenue and cash flow.
• Streamline billing processes across the order-to-delivery-to-invoicing flow.
• Process cash application queries and coordinate with customers regarding cash applications.
• Handle cash application tasks including applying unapplied cash, unapplied cash reconciliation, and suspense account processing.
• Support end-to-end cash collection activities from order receipt and credit authorization through collections and revenue assurance.

What you'll need

• Primary skill: Order to Cash (OTC).
• Secondary skill: Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience: 0 to 1 years.
• Education: Any Graduation.
• Be able to solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
• Work with detailed instructions and have decisions closely supervised.
