About the Job

We are seeking an OTC Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive strategic growth across our OTC desk ecosystem and expand relationships with key trading partners, brokers, and trading firms. In this Full-time role with OnSite flexibility, you will identify new business opportunities, structure partnership initiatives, and help scale deal flow for crypto and FX-related liquidity. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure partner readiness, compliance alignment, and smooth execution—from first outreach through ongoing performance optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end business development cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiations, and partnership onboarding.
• Build and manage relationships with brokers, tradingfirms, and market participants supporting OTC execution.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline for cryptocurrencies and OTC liquidity initiatives, including bitcoin and major pairs.
• Support the expansion of OTC desk activity by coordinating with operations to ensure partner onboarding timelines and execution standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve partner performance metrics, pricing workflows, and trade settlement readiness.
• Contribute to partnership strategy across cryptocurrencyexchange and forex fintech ecosystems where relevant.
• Identify market trends and competitor movements involving OTC desks, liquidity providers, and HNIS-related trading channels.
• Ensure partnerships are structured with appropriate risk awareness and internal policy alignment to support sustainable growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Cryptocurrencies, including practical understanding of OTC desks and market execution dynamics.
• Hands-on familiarity with cryptocurrencyexchange operations and partner integration requirements.
• Experience working in or with forex fintech environments and an ability to translate FX/crypto liquidity needs into actionable partnership plans.
• Demonstrated capability in partner management with brokers, liquidity counterparties, and tradingfirms.
• Working familiarity with HNIS concepts and how they relate to onboarding, routing, or trading channel setup.
• Clear communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to lead discussions on commercial terms and execution expectations.
