Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to proactively connect with potential and existing customers and turn conversations into qualified leads and appointments. You’ll work across phone, email, and other outreach channels to support the sales pipeline and help close opportunities.

What you'll do

• Reach out to prospects and customers through phone, email, and other channels to generate interest and qualify leads
• Book appointments and schedule follow-ups for the sales team
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline updates in the CRM
• Handle basic objections and move prospects toward the next stage in the sales process
• Track outreach performance and work toward daily and weekly sales targets

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, telecalling, telesales, or lead generation
• Strong communication and persuasion skills for customer-facing conversations
• Comfort with cold calling and high-volume outbound outreach
• Ability to work from Dadar East and manage routine sales targets

Nice to have

• Experience using a CRM or sales tracking tool
• Prior exposure to appointment setting or inside sales
