Overview

What you'll do

• Configure packaged/SaaS applications to tailor features to business requirements.
• Manage software releases and perform impact analysis.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Document configuration changes and maintain a knowledge base.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and share knowledge.
• Stay updated on trends and updates related to packaged and SaaS applications.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows.
• Experience with APIs and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and extend applications.
• Ability to manage releases.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving application performance issues.
