Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, manage releases, and help ensure system stability and performance.

What you'll do

• Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features to evolving business needs.
• Manage software releases and ensure system stability during updates.
• Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to deliver compatible solutions across environments.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to address challenges and optimize application functionality.
• Provide solutions to problems for immediate and multiple teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring for junior team members.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance.
• Experience configuring and supporting SAP S/4HANA Central Finance financial modules.
• Strong understanding of integration techniques using standard tools and APIs.
• Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend applications.
• Familiarity with release management processes and maintaining system stability.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
