Apptio Targetprocess (ATP) Implementation Lead

Overview

Apptio Targetprocess (ATP) Implementation Lead responsible for implementing and adopting Apptio Targetprocess while leading the ATP team.

What you'll do

• Implement an Apptio Targetprocess instance and work with business functions to drive user adoption.
• Lead the ATP team and mentor members on implementation best practices.
• Run end-to-end ATP implementations with ongoing client interactions.
• Conduct discovery workshops and recommend best practices for implementing ATP.
• Update and add features and solutions in Apptio Targetprocess.
• Act as primary point of contact for business users for implementation and support.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with support and development teams.

What you'll need

• 8 to 12 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing multiple business units/leads and deliverables with effective time management.
• Ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with Java Script, JSON, and APIs.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Apptio Targetprocess certification.
